We finished this basement to give the owners additional space for their family in the most cost-effective way by utilizing the unfinished space they already had.
This basement was flooded when a sump pump failed, leaving 6" of water. The area was gutted out, dried, and refinished once the moisture content was appropriate for refinishing. We worked with the insurance company to get most of the renovation covered.
Accent wall for a wall-mounted television. Extra electrical was mounted high to plug in the tv, leaving wires hidden.
A new bathroom was installed in the basement. we ended up installing a pump-up system to accept the toilet and sink.
